WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT US
It is always an absolute pleasure to have my hair colored, cut and styled by Tania Ferrell, owner of the Colour Bar Studio. I consider myself probably the most challenging client as I never know what I want done, but when I walk out, I have a style that suits me to a tee. The staff is welcoming, friendly and incredibly talented.Alice Roberts
This salon is absolutely amazing!! It felt like home. Such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is very genuine & kind. Tiffany did a great job with my cut! She took the time to take into consideration what I was looking for and all the details. No need to bring in a photo. Tiffany understood exactly what I wanted! grin emoticonKatherine Elizabeth

Sherry, Senior Colorist / Stylist
Sherry is an ABCH Board Certified Haircolorist. ”I’ve always loved playing with hair! I earned my cosmetology license in the summer of 1985 and took my state board exam on the same day I graduated high school. Ever since then my passion for coloring and styling hair has grown. I enjoy doing the usual hair styles and I can also perform up-do’s, bridal hair, color correction and even perms. I thoroughly enjoy making things look unique and beautiful, which is why if it weren’t for hair styling I would most likely have become an interior designer. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and I always do my best to fulfill the clients’ desired looks. Over the years I have discovered that the most satisfying part of being a hair stylist is being able to touch clients not only physically, but also mentally and helping them see the beauty within themselves. It makes me happy to see them excited with the results of my services and to get those results, just listen to my advice and communicate so that I can help you get the best look possible.”
Mirian, Senior Creative Stylist
“My passion for making people look their best led me into the beauty business. I’ve been in the beauty business for 15 years and I enjoy working with people, as well as keeping up with the latest trends in beauty. As for services, I do hair extensions, textured hair, Keratin treatments, bridal up-do’s, as well as color needs. If I was not creating new looks and smiles, I would be a teacher so that I could still touch lives every day. To me, helping others is the most satisfying accomplishment. As I come from a fairly large family I have learned that being surrounded with smiles is something I want every day, and being a hair stylist gives me the opportunity to do that, as I am the one creating those smiles. I too, do my best to provide all services with a smile.”
Lizzie, Senior Creative Stylist
”Around age 14, I began working as a shampoo assistant at a salon. That is when I quickly learned that I wanted to be a hair stylist. I’m a very creative and unique individual and making others feel unique is the most rewarding part of my everyday life. Even after 16 years of being a licensed stylist, every day I create something new on a client. As I perform the ordinary hair stylist tasks, I can also do things such as Japanese hair straightening and creative, custom haircuts. While being married with two young boys, I know that to live a good life you must be happy. And I feel that giving to clients’ wants and needs I can offer them such happiness with who they are. I always do my best to provide great service.”
Tiffany, Creative Stylist
“The idea of becoming a hairstylist caught my attention around the time I began at O’Connell High School. While in cosmetology school, I developed a strong passion for bringing out the beauty in others. Five years later, I still enjoy making clients feel comfortable about the way they look and help them build their confidence each day. I perform most services such as men’s cuts, creative color and even custom haircuts. There is absolutely nothing I would rather be doing with my time than helping my clients feel beautiful and happy. Growing up in a military family I realized early on that being happy is the best way to live, which is exactly why I followed my passion and decided on this career path. Every day I am given the chance to change lives and contribute to a world of happiness.”
